Likelihood ratio of mortality and morbidity and receiver operating characteristic curve according to ALT reference variables: (A,B) Cox proportional hazard regression models for likelihood ratio (LR) for liver outcomes according to two different alanine aminotransferase (ALT) cut-off values.
