Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) and REACTOME pathways enriched by the DEGs that intersect between (A) RM ∩ DOX ∩ RM + DOX, (B) RM ∩ RM +DOX, (C) DOX ∩ RM + DOX, and those that are uniquely perturbed in (D) RM + DOX were determined using two-sided hypergeometric test with the Benjamini–Hochberg correction FDR, p < 0.05 and visualized as a network using ClueGO.
