Complex BCR-ABL1 signal patterns were more frequently detected in CML-BP and ALL patients. (a) Complex BCR-ABL1 signal patterns were observed in 52.9% of the CML-BP patients, followed by 30.8% of the ALL patients and only 2.1% of the CML-CP patients (p < 0.001). (b) Typical single BCR-ABL1 signal pattern was observed in 29.4% of the CML-BP, 53.8% of the ALL patients and 73.7% of the CML-CP patients (p < 0.001). (C) The proportions of patients with atypical single BCR-ABL1 signal patterns were similar among three groups (17.6, 15.4 and 24.3%) (p = 0.369)
