The effect of CyclinD1 and/or Dicer silencing on the proliferation and invasion of ICC cells. HuccT-1 and HCCC9810 cells were transduced with Lv-NC (negative control), Lv-siR-CyclinD1 and/or Lv-siR-Dicer to establish stable silencing cells.
