Immunolocalization of IFIT2 expression in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues. The immunohistochemistry showed that the IFIT2 staining was found on the membrane and in the cytoplasm of lung cancer cells in cancer tissues or of epithelial cells in normal lung tissues. High expression of IFIT2 could be found in adjacent normal tissues, while its expression was decreased in most lung cancer tissues (A and B).
