(A and B) Preoperative CT scan with contrast. The CT scans revealed a fairly large solid lobulated well-demarcated intraventricular mass lesion displaying homogenous contrast enhancement adjacent to the right lateral ventricle. This lesion measured ~3.7×4.3 cm and presented a large eccentric cystic component (white arrow), irregular margins, associated mass effect, midline shift (yellow arrows), perilesional edema (green arrow) and moderate supra-tentorial hydrocephalus (blue arrow). (C) Post-operative CT scan without contrast. Evidence of right craniectomy and extra-axial fluid collection (green arrow). No evidence of mass lesion was seen. Mild supratentorial hydrocephalus was observed (yellow arrow), as well as evidence of shunt (red arrow). CT, computed tomography.
