Case: pre-chemotherapy PET/CT for 20 years old patient with Stage IIA cHL. Patients received ABVD x 4 cycles, achieving a complete metabolic response after 2 cycles (Deauville 3), confirmed after 4 cycles (Deauville 2). Consolidation radiotherapy was planned with a total dose of 30Gy in 15 fractions.
