Unilateral IRI was induced in 4- to 6-week-old WT (white bars) and IRF4-deficient mice (black bars). Operated kidneys were harvested 21 days after induction of the model. CD11b+ cells were isolated from kidneys by MACS magnetic separation. Cells were checked for purity and lysed for RNA extraction.
