DKK1 reintroduction attenuates miR-376a overexpression-mediated suppression of HOS and MG-63 cell proliferation, migration, and invasion as well as miR-376a overexpression-mediated promotion of apoptosis in vitro. Agomir-376a was cotransfected with either plasmid pc-DKK1 or the empty pcDNA3.1 vector into HOS and MG-63 cells.
