Effects 5-HT receptor-derived peptides on the T-type currents and their modulation by 5-HT. A, Time series measurements of T-type currents in a neuron loaded with Ci3 peptide. There was no rundown during the time series recordings, and 5-HT (1 μm) still reversibly inhibited the T-type currents.
