Immunoblot analysis of NF-L expression in NT2 cells and transfected NT2 cells during RA-induced neuronal differentiation. Cell lines were induced with 10 μm RA for 4 weeks. NT2 and anti-PS2 cell lines were further replated and treated with mitotic inhibitors (see Materials and Methods) to isolate pure neurons (N). Uninduced cells (0), neurons (N), or cultures treated with RA for 4 weeks without replating (4) were lysed and analyzed with NF-L monoclonal antibody.
