The effects of amphetamine administration on prepulse inhibition in the Sprague Dawley (top) and Wistar (bottom) strains of rat. Administration of amphetamine had no effect on prepulse inhibition in the Sprague Dawley strain (n = 9/group) but attenuated prepulse inhibition in the Wistar strain of rats (n = 10/group).
