Dose-dependent alterations in a spontaneous bursting episode produced by dTC. In an isolated cord preparation of a st. 28 embryo, 5 × 10−7mdTC, a dose that does not block the NMJ, induces the appearance of an extra third burst. dTC (2 × 10−6m) alters the burst structure and increases burst length and amplitude, especially in the femorotibialis (top trace in each pair) and sartorius (bottom trace of each pair) as compared with control.
