Inhibitor gel electrophoresis with [125I]RB104 and different peptidase inhibitors. Solubilized Aplysia CNS membrane proteins (top panel) and purified rabbit NEP (bottom panel) were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes.
