Western blot studies of purified DSD-1-PG.First lane shows silver staining of 3 μg of purified DSD-1-PG migrated on a 4–10% SDS-PAGE gradient gel. Other lanes show purified DSD-1-PG (0.7 μg) digested with chondroitinase ABC (ChABC) or keratanase as indicated, before resolution on a 4–10% SDS-PAGE gradient gel and blotting onto PVDF membrane.
