Surface expression of homomeric^(FLAG)β subunits in A293 cells. Expression was determined by immunofluorescence using anti-FLAG M2 mouse monoclonal antibody and fluorescein-conjugated secondary antibodies with (+) or without (−) permeabilization 15–18 hr after transfection.
