EphA5 receptor phosphorylation is induced byin vivo infusion of the agonist ephrinA5-IgG in hippocampal tissue samples. After immunoprecipitation with anti-EphA5 antibody, phosphorylation levels were detected by anti-phosphotyrosine kinase antibody.
