Chosen values for the prior distributions on each parameter based on some initial experience fitting to 2D VEPCASL angiography data. Note that the prior on A has a mean of zero to prevent large values being estimated in noisy voxels. s is also tightly constrained to discourage very small sharpness fits which approximate a flat curve in noisy voxels. Note that the priors on parameters A and σ depend on the scaling of the images and thus will vary between scanners and coils.
