High levels of CXCL8 promote the EMT by the JAK/STAT1/HIF-1α/Snail signal pathway in glioma cells.(A) CXCL8 knockdown decreased the protein level of p-JAK, p-STAT1, HIF-1α and Snail. Other proteins remain unchanged. (B) U-251MG and U-87MG cells transfected with CXCL8 plasmid and co-cultured with JAK/STAT signaling inhibitors were reaped, and the lysates were immuneblotted for p-JAK, Tot.JAK, p-STAT1, Tot.STAT1, HIF-1α, Snail and Slug.
