(A,B) T24 and 5637 BC-derived cell lines were treated with 25 μM of cisplatin for 0, 8, 16 or 24 h, total mRNA was extracted from cells, and expression levels of PD-L1 and PD-L2 were detected by qPCR. (C,D) T24 and 5637 BC-derived cell lines were treated as described in (A,B), total protein was extracted and expression levels of PD-L1 were detected by Western blot. (E,F) The relative band intensities of proteins presented in (C,D) were quantified by densitometric scanning and are presented as the fold change of the control group; the statistical calculation incorporates blots from three independent experiments.
