NKAP deficiency in hematopoietic progenitor cultures leads to cell cycle withdrawal. Hematopoietic progenitor cells as described in Figure 2 were either treated with tamoxifen for four days or left untreated. Cell lysates were then prepared from equal numbers of cells and analyzed by western blotting with the antibodies indicated. Actin was analyzed as a loading control. Data shown is representative of results obtained from three independent experiments initiated from separate pairs of mice.
