Prednisolone and CsA induce acute and transient increases in FIV RNA and DNA. (A) Prednisolone-treated cats (n = 12 total; Group 2A + Group 1B) exhibited significantly increased levels of FIV RNA at days 1, 7, and 14 compared to pre-treatment measurements, while CsA-treated cats (n = 12 total; Group 1A + Group 2B) had increased FIV RNA at day 7 post-treatment.
