Genome Properties overrepresented in the UMGS genomes
Genome Properties found to be overrepresented among the UMGS compared to the HGR from Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Tenericutes. Statistical significance was assessed with a two-tailed χ2 test on the proportion of functions with ‘partial’ and ‘yes’ in relation to the total counts of all the functions detected per genome type.
