Histopathologic images of the patient’s DILI from liver biopsy showing acute severe hepatitis. There is a portal and lobular mixed inflammatory infiltrate comprised of neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and scattered eosinophils. There is interface activity present and bile duct damage.
