Effect of temperature onMETH-induced DA oxidation. Proteincysteinyl-DA levels were examined in the striatum 2 hr after administration of METH (15 mg/kg × 4) at an ambient temperature of 5°C or at room temperature (23°C) and were compared with the levels in saline-injected controls (mean ± SEM;n = 4–7).
