Mild hypothermia inhibits ROT‐induced activation of MAPK signalling in SH‐SY5Y cells. Cells were pre‐cultured under normothermic (37°C) or mild hypothermic (32°C) conditions for 1 d and treated with 0.5 μmol/L ROT for 4 h. A, Western blotting was then performed to evaluate the influence of hypothermia on ROT‐induced activation of p38, JNK and ERK pathways. β‐Actin was used as a loading control.
