Effect of AAV5-CaMKII-CHR2-mCherry on neuroinflammation in the hippocampus of mice.

Neuroinflammation was measured by the amount of GFAP (50 kDa), IL-1β (29 kDa), IL-6 (29 kDa) and IL-10 (20 kDa). Data are expressed as a percentage of the Aβ group and are shown as the mean ± SEM (n = 6). **P < 0.01, vs. Aβ-CHR2 group (one-way analysis of variance).
