(a) The peripheral blood monocyte counts before and 16–18 h after administration of rhG-CSF were 410 ± 195/μL and 586 ± 238/μL (n = 40), respectively, indicating a 1.5-fold increase. (b) CD34+ stem cells did not increase 24 h after rhG-CSF administration (before, 0.401 ± 0.273/µL; after 0.169 ± 0.056/µL (n = 20).
