Summarized scheme for mouse induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC)/embryonic stem cell (ESC) conversion in the presence of conditioned medium (CM). CM from different cancer cell lines (Lewis lung carcinoma LL/2 (LLC1), breast cancer cell line (T47D), liver cancer cell line (PLC/PRF/5), pancreatic carcinoma cell line (PK-8)) induce the conversion of iPSCs/ESCs into cancer stem cells after 4 weeks of treatment.
