Clonogenic survival curve for U2OS cells irradiated using the alpha particle irradiation or X-rays. U2OS cells were seeded in Mylar dishes and treated with 1, 2 or 3 Gy of irradiation using both alpha particles or X-ray. Cells were trypsinized and seeded in triplicate.
