¹ Intensity was measured as a fraction of the saturation intensity of the sensor. Wavefront information was acquired at 100 ms exposure time and EM gain of 300. Fifteen iterations were used to perform the corrections. Illumination intensity was adjusted on a case-by-case basis to achieve the desired emission intensity.
