Total viable cell number post ch2448F(ab′)2‐ADCs treatment. ch2448F(ab′)2 was complexed with either anti‐Fab DM1 or anti‐Fab MMAE at a molar ratio of 1:1. The ch2448F(ab′)2 ADCs were spiked into hESC culture and incubated for 5 days. Controls include buffer, ch2448F(ab′)2, anti‐Fab DM1, and anti‐Fab MMAE. Total viable cell number was determined via CellTiter‐Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay kit. Values are an average of six wells ± standard deviation. ■ represents the conditions at 1.5 μg/ml ch2448F(ab′)2, □ represents the conditions at 3.0 μg/ml ch2448F(ab′)2.
