Erratum: “Effect of Connective Tissue Growth Factor on Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1α Degradation and Tumor Angiogenesis” by C-C Chang, et al. J Natl Cancer Inst 2006; 98(14):984-95. The first author of the publication informed the Journal that panels d-f of Fig. 6A, describing CD-31 staining of mouse xenograft tumors, were found to be inaccurate, through a mistake due to honest error. It isn’t possible to correct or replace these figures, so these panels and any mention of their results have been removed from the publication in the corrected version. The other results reported in the manuscript were not affected, and the main conclusions of the study have not changed. The authors take responsibility and regret the error. Additional citations to a previous JNCI article from the authors have been added to accompany Figure 1, E, panel b.
