Schematic: from CAD model to printed object. A: A 3D model is designed with a CAD software and exported as stereolithography (STL) file. B: The file is fed to the bioprinter and interpreted. Layers of defined thickness (here ~300 μm) are created from the 3D file and processed for the DLP projection.
