Fig.3 — Effect of plasma-derived exosomes of responsive or refractory/ relapsed patients on the levels of IFN-γ. The media were harvested and IFN-γ concentration was measured by sandwich ELISA after 72 hours. Statistical relationships were determined in NK cells treated with IL-2/ IL-15, and plasma-derived exosomes of responsive or refractory/relapsed patients compared to untreated NK cells.
