C. reinhardtii PSII–LHCII particle counts were performed using NAPol stabilization (this report), A8-35 amphipol (11), and α-DDM (10). Only types present in this report (C₂S₂, C₂S₂M₁L₁, and C₂S₂M₂L₂) are compared. Because of variations with automated picking and 2D classification, multiple runs will result in variations in the number reported.
