FGF10 treatment suppressed miR-145–induced EMT in peritoneal fibrosis.
A and B, HMrSV5 cells were transfected with miR-145 mimics for 48 h, and then the cells were incubated in medium containing 100 ng/ml human FGF10 for 24 h. The cells were then harvested, and the levels of FN1 and α-SMA (A) and E-cad (B) were analyzed by Western blotting. The results are presented as the mean ± S.D.
