Figure 3 is a forest plot showing fully adjusted hazard ratios for all-cause mortality and cardiorespiratory disease and mortality. The stratification is as follows: South Asia pooled HR; China pooled HR; other countries pooled HR; and all countries pooled HR. — Center-specific fully adjusted hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals comparing solid fuel use for cooking with electricity/gas. The pooled HR for all-cause mortality is 1.10 (95% CI: 0.99, 1.23) with an $I^{2} statistic = 18.9 %$ , $p = 0.19$ and for the incident cardiorespiratory disease and all-cause mortality composite the HR is 1.11 (95% CI: 1.02, 1.20) with an $I^{2} statistic = 23.9 %$ , $p = 0.13$ .
