MHCC97-H cells transfected with vectors (control miRNA or miR-3163) were injected into the liver of nude mice through hepatic portal vein injection. The mice received oral administration of indicated concentrations of sorafenib. After treatment, the mice underwent microPET screening and were harvested to collect tumor tissues.
