MHCC97-H cells transfected with vectors (control miRNA or miR-3163) were injected into the liver of nude mice through hepatic portal vein injection. The mice received oral administration of indicated concentrations of sorafenib. After treatment, the mice underwent ^microPET screening and were harvested to collect tumor tissues.
