Adipocytes were incubated without or with 10 nM isoproterenol (iso) for 10 min. Cells were then separated from medium and phosphorylation of FOXO1 at Ser²⁵⁶ was determined in the cells (n = 8) (left panel). The amount of FOXO1 protein was determined separately (n = 5) (right panel).
