(a) Adipocytes were pre-incubated without or with 10 µM cilostamide for 30 min, and then without or with 0.1 nM insulin (ins) for 15 min, followed by without or with 10 nM isoproterenol (iso) for a further 10 min, as indicated. After the separation of cells and medium, glycerol was determined in the medium (n = 5). The significance of selected comparisons is indicated.
