Fibrillar Aβ stimulates rapid tyrosine phosphorylation in THP1 monocytes. THP1 monocytes were stimulated for the indicated times with 50 μm Aβ25–35. Western blot analysis of tyrosine phosphoproteins was performed on RIPA lysates (50 μg of protein) using monoclonal anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies (4G10).
