Western blot showing immunoreactivity of the anti-MRF-1 antibody. Granule cells were cultured until 5 DIV in the presence of a high concentration (30 mm;HK⁺) or normal (5.4 mm;Normal) K⁺. Proteins (50 μg) extracted from the cultured cells or the indicated tissues were run on a 15% acrylamide gel and then transferred to a PVDF membrane.
