Data shown are the mean ± SEM of cerebellar membranes prepared independently from six animals. Saturation analysis used eight concentrations of ligand in duplicate for each animal.B_max (fmol/mg protein) andK_d (nm) values were determined by nonlinear least-squares fit of the saturation curves using the data analysis software RS1.
