B, Effects of 23-mer S-ODNs to PLP on the number of membrane sheets formed by OLs in enriched cultures. OLs from 9 DIV primary cultures were collected and replated onto coverslips for 2 d. At this time antisense ODNs were applied for an additional 2 d and then immunostained with the A007 antibody.
