Value is the calculated point on thex-axis for the sample threshold using the regression equation generated from the data depicted in Figure 2. The equation is based on the grand mean of the latency to the sustained generalized seizure (y = − .04x4 + 0.25x3 + 5.72x2 − 4.39x + 443.4) or the first MJ (y = 0.09x4 − .01x3 + 18.54x2 −7.86x + 361.74) for all animals on a per-trial basis and is used to estimate the population.
