A549 cells were exposed to combination of Celecoxib and radiation for 24 h. (A) Cells were stained for Annexin V and PI staining and analyzed using flow cytometry, and the number of apoptotic population was presented. (B) Cells were fixed and analyzed for apoptotic cell death by TUNEL assay. Data were shown as the mean ± SD of three different experiments. ***P<0.001 indicated significant difference between control and radiation alone group, ###P<0.001 indicated significant difference between radiation alone with radiation plus Celecoxib groups. (C) Western blotting analysis of apoptosis-related protein expressions. β-Actin was used as loading control.
