Adult nematode microbiome composition at family level of H. contortus and T. circumcincta. The extent to which various bacterial families contribute to the overall make-up of the microbiomes of H. contortus and T. circumcincta. Each column is derived from a pooled mixture of 100 nematodes (five H. contortus (four males, one mixed sex) and seven T. circumcincta (five females, one male, one mixed sex) samples). Nematodes were taken from the ovine abomasum at postmortem, 28 days post infection. Families constituting less than 1% of the total family distribution for a sample were labelled ‘Other’
