Atorvastatin exerts antileukemia activity via MVA-YAP axis in K562 and HL60 cells. K562 and HL60 cells were incubated with Atorvastatin (0 and 20 μM) in presence or absence of exogenous MVA (50 μM) for 48 h. (A) The levels of cyclinB1 and cdc2 in K562 cells, as well as cyclinD1, p27, p-pRb, and pRb in HL60 cells, caspase-3 and PARP in both cell lines were determined by western blot.
