Selected proteins, p values, and average log2 fold differences from four biological and two technical replicas have been calculated as described in Materials and Methods. Control animals are Elav-Gal4;TubG80ts >+ vs Elav-Gal4;TubG80ts > dtauRNAi induced for 3 d at 30°C. The log2 fold change becomes positive when RNAi > control and negative when control > RNAi. The t test was performed with a permutation-based FDR (0.05) calculation, and the p value determines the statistical significance (*p < 0.05). In bold are proteins whose levels were also found to be changed in the mutant (Tables 1, 2).
